Dear Students,
Asalamualaikum,
When I stand before you in class, I don’t just see learners—I see future doctors, teachers, artists, engineers, leaders, and kind human beings. I often imagine the day when I will meet you years from now, grown and accomplished, and I want to feel proud that you carried forward the lessons of honesty, courage, and wisdom.
But there is one danger that can steal away all those dreams: drugs. They may appear as a momentary escape, but they leave behind scars that last a lifetime. They weaken the body, cloud the mind, and take away the joy of youth.
Nothing pains a teacher more than seeing bright students lose themselves to this menace.I want you to remember: Your life is precious. You are valued by your family, your teachers, and your community. Don’t let drugs take that away. Dreams need protection: Every ambition you hold—whether to write, to build, or to serve—depends on your health and clarity of mind.
Courage to say no: True strength lies in resisting peer pressure and standing firm in your values. Seek guidance: If ever you feel confused or pressured, come to us. We are here to listen and to help. Choose light over darkness: Fill your days with books, sports, art, and friendships that uplift you.
My dearest wish is that when I see you in the years ahead, I will see faces full of pride, not regret. I want to hear stories of achievement, not struggle. You are capable of greatness, but only if you guard yourselves against this menace. Let us walk together on the path of knowledge, dignity, and hope.
Say No to drugs, and say Yes to life.
With love and faith in you,
Shabana Aziz
(Your English Teacher)
