What to do to maintain discipline?

For removing the disciplinary problem in the schools, I have some ways and ideas to improve the school discipline for smooth running of school activities and students achievements. Such as:-

e   School should be flexible for giving punishment of the students.

e   Teachers should be democratic for maintaining discipline in their schools.

e   Teachers should be very co-operative for their students.

e   Teachers should  be  aware  about  that  teaching  methods  are not  being  complex  and boring.

e   School should not use strict discipline for their students.

e   Schools rules and regulations are able to controlled problematic students.

e   Students are aware of the punishment regarding to the rule’s disobedience.

e   Teachers should apply the disciplinary conducts in the class sessions.

e   Parents need to be spent more time with their child.

e   Parents should monitor their child’s action.

e   Parents should be conscious their child’s needs and interests.

e   Schools  should  be  involved  in  drawing  up  the  school  code  of  conduct i.e., learners, teachers, parents and interested communities.
